TotalTech, Lda. was founded in 2009 by Alberto Barreto and Maria Lourdes. It is a Timorese company that imports, supplies, distributes, and installs renewable energy systems (solar and wind), ICT, electrical, surveying, and telecommunication equipment, and provides civil construction services.
